Texas Instruments recently declared that Xilinx is utilising TI power management technology to simplify power design in its new Virtex(R)-6 ML605 field programmable gate array (FPGA) evaluation kit. TI's Fusion Digital Power(TM) controllers give FPGA users advanced power management capability and design flexibility, including the capacity to monitor a power system's behavior in real time.
Texas Instruments Incorporated focuses on the design and sale of semiconductors to electronics designers and manufacturers worldwide. It operates in four segments: Analog, Embedded Processing, Wireless, and Other.
