Market Leader (LEDR) Partnership with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Fosters Significant Productivity Increases with eEdge Platform

QualityStocks would like to highlight Market Leader (NASDAQ: LEDR). The company is an industry leader, providing innovative online technology and marketing solutions for real estate professionals across the United States and Canada. Since 1999, the company has helped real estate professionals succeed and grow, and today serves more than 100,000 agents, brokerages, and franchises, with products designed to take their businesses further.

In the company’s news yesterday,

Market Leader announced this week that it has made a substantial contribution to the impressive productivity gains displayed by Keller Williams Realty during their partnership over the last twelve months.

Keller Williams, the second largest real estate franchise in the United States, launched eEdge last year. eEdge is the first fully integrated front-end and back-end platform in the real estate industry to give customers the ability to manage their businesses with a single, seamless solution. The platform, powered by Market Leader and currently available to more than 80,000 Keller Williams associates, features custom websites, lead generation, contact management, and marketing components.

A REAL Trends 500 study published earlier this year indicated that Keller Williams Realty associates’ productivity increased by 17 percent in 2011, an increase more than double that of the average increase across the industry. Internal research conducted by Keller Williams Realty discovered that a significant factor in this increase was the agents’ use of eEdge’s marketing campaigns to engage their contacts. Specifically, associates running a 33-Touch campaign increased their gross commission income by 67 percent year over year.

In addition to this overall increase in productivity, Keller Williams agents using Market Leader Professional, a premium and fully integrated add-on to eEdge, report four times the number of transactions of their peers.

“We have seen an extraordinary increase in productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction since our associates chose to launch the eEdge platform,” said Cary Sylvester, Executive Director of Technology of Keller Williams Realty International. “The more our associates take full advantage of eEdge, including the premium Market Leader Professional add-on, the more success that they see. We at Keller Williams pride ourselves in delivering market-leading technology to our associates, and Market Leader is a key component in achieving that vision.”

“The entire Market Leader team is very proud to be partnered with Keller Williams and is pleased to play a role in the outstanding productivity gains their associates have seen since the roll-out of eEdge and Market Leader Pro,” said Ian Morris, CEO of Market Leader.

“eEdge is a huge driver in growing our business. Having such a comprehensive system has increased our efficiency and service levels for our clients,” said Jerimiah Taylor, a Keller Williams associate in Tucson, AZ. “In addition, the add-on features in Pro have become an integral part of our strategy. I tracked the results of just one of the features and it easily accounted for more than $50,000 in our gross commission income.”
