WebMD Health (WBMD), Leap Wireless (LEAP), FormFactor (FORM) Trades Updated, or Exited
FormFactor, Leap Wireless International, and WebMD Health Positions are Reviewed, and Possibly Exited
Open trades on FormFactor Inc. (FORM), Leap Wireless International Inc. (LEAP), and WebMD Health Corp. (WBMD) have been reviewed by stock trading community site SmallCapNetwork.com. These three stocks - recommended anywhere from four weeks to six months ago - have moved dramatically enough in the last week to revisit each one.
Leap Wireless International was bought several months ago, and got off to a great start. A sharp dip from LEAP on October 1st though, followed by an even lower low on the 9th, confirmed that the uptrend was broken. The commentary explains what tool and conditions traders could have used to know it was time to exit the trade.
WebMD Health was a suggested bullish (long) trade from mid-June. The stock made good progress until last month, when a key support level was broken, WBMD appears to have resumed the prior uptrend though, finding support at that rising line this week en route to higher highs.
FormFactor was issued as a bearish/short trade several weeks ago. At the time, the expectation was that FORM would fall back to a major support line, and rebound off that floor as it has several times in recent months. The stock did indeed stop there, but rather than bounce, it fell under that level today. Though the site's official advice was to make an exit once at that support line, traders who stuck with a FormFactor short position have been rewarded more than anticipated. And, more gains could be on the way now that the breakdown has begun.
