VIASPACE Inc. announced that it has applied to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark “Giant King” as a unique brand of grass.

Interest in, and demand for, Giant King grass continues to grow as energy producers seek next-generation feedstock to reduce dependence on high-polluting fossil fuels.
