DecisionPoint Systems (OTCBB: DNPI) Trading at $0.53, Up 32%. Announced on Monday operating results for the fiscal third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009. Third quarter revenues were $11.5 million, Third quarter gross margins grew to 20.6%, Third quarter operating income rose 32.6% compared to prior year's period. Third quarter net income was $165,000 or $0.01 per share compared to net profit of $26,000 for the same period last year.
Nicholas Toms, Chief Executive Officer of DecisionPoint commented "We are excited about our business outlook, as the momentum we have experienced in the first nine months of the year continues into the fourth quarter," noted Toms. "Our pipeline of projects is approaching $100 million."
In September, DecisionPoint announced that the United States Air Force had issued a supplemental order for $623,000 for additional BITS (Barcode Inventory Tracking System) Kits bringing the value of the ongoing program for tracking "Go To War" equipment support units to $5.4 million.
In addition, the Company continued to close business for its MobileArc Field Mobility suite of products and services. Decision Point recently announced the completion of a $2.7 million mobile security solution rollout for the leading provider of security solutions in the U.S. This is one of over two dozen new field mobility contracts secured in the third quarter, representing an aggregate value of over $5 million in deployments scheduled over the next two to three quarters.

Netlist will also showcase the interoperability of HyperCloud memory with standard JEDEC server memory solutions on popular enterprise servers. This demonstration reinforces HyperCloud's ability to function as a standard RDIMM while increasing memory bandwidth and capacity for datacenter servers.

TTI Team Telecom International (Nasdaq: TTIL) Trading at $1.47, Up 24%. Today announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009.
Total revenues for the third quarter were $10.3 million, compared with $12.7 million in the third quarter of 2008, and $10.7 million for the second quarter of 2009. Total operating expenses were $4.9 million, compared to $7.0 million in the third quarter of 2008 and $5.3 million in the second quarter of 2009.
Operating income for the third quarter was $744 thousands compared with an operating loss of $441 thousands for the third quarter last year and an operating income of $644 thousands in the second quarter of 2009. Net income for the third quarter was of $1.3 million or $0.07 dollar per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $1 million or $0.06 dollar per basic share and diluted share in the third quarter of 2008, and net income of $0.9 million or $0.05 dollar per basic and diluted share for the second quarter of 2009.
