Arrayit Corporation (OTC: ARYC) announces the appointment of Phil Ruben as General Counsel. Mr. Ruben represents the prestigious law firm of Ruben, Firsel & Ross LLC in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He will assist Arrayit in a wide range of corporate matters including licensing and distribution agreements, intellectual property issues, capital raises and financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), day-to-day business matters, asset purchases, stock exchange listing and compliance, corporate governance, and compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Mr. Ruben holds a baccalaureate degree from the University of Illinois, a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law Illinois Institute of Technology, and is admitted to State of Illinois Bar and the U.S. Tax Court.
