Arrayit Corporation (OTC: ARYC) reports today that the company has begun installation of its class 100 cleanrooms in the company's new corporate headquarters located at 927 Thompson Place in Sunnyvale, California USA. Arrayit's class 100 cleanrooms will be certified for CLIA, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance by DOCRO, the Diagnostic Oncology Contract Research Organization that has an unparalleled 100% FDA approval track record for premarket approval certifications of in vitro diagnostic testing devices.
Arrayit has also engaged the services of the prestigious Silicon Valley firm Cresa to assist the company in its move and expansion into the new Sunnyvale headquarters. Cresa operates 58 commercial real estate offices in North America, and in 2012 completed 8,100 transactions with a combined lease value of $7.8 billion dollars.
Arrayit President Dr. Mark Schena states, "Cresa was instrumental in identifying a commercial property consistent with the advanced technological requirements of Arrayit Corporation. Cresa assisted in negotiating lease terms favorable to the company and in identifying contractors and other vendors with the skills required to complete the build-out to our exacting specifications. The new Sunnyvale headquarters will provide Arrayit with the facilities required for continued growth in 2014."
