Iconix, was looking to bring in a publishing partner to buy Playboy's namesake magazine while it would keep the brand licensing part of Playboy.

(NASDAQ:HLCS) decreases 30.26% to $0.955 on 2.72 million shares after the company announced that it has priced a registered direct offering of 6.4 million units, at a price of $1.00 per unit, for gross proceeds of $6.4 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. Each unit consists of one share of the Company's common stock and a warrant to buy 0.65 of a share of the Company's common stock.
