Arrayit Corporation Confirms Meeting with Major Life Sciences Investment Bank

January 3, 2014 9:30 AM PST  Arrayit Corporation (ARYC) confirms that the company is meeting with a major life sciences investment bank in advance of JP Morgan’s 32nd Annual Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, California, USA being held on January 13-16, 2014. 

Arrayit management and the Director of Healthcare Investment banking will explore key investment banking strategies including equity capital, market liquidity, up-listing to NASDAQ and the company’s mergers and acquisition (M&A) plans for 2014.

The meeting will be held on January 10th, 2014 in Arrayit’s new Sunnyvale headquarters.
