sale of five SpotWare® Colorimetric Microarray Scanner Platforms to a
leading molecular diagnostics company in the United Kingdom. Arrayit
SpotWare® technology empowers miniaturized and multiplexed molecular
diagnostics by providing high resolution scanning instruments at an
affordable price. The current $19,500 purchase order increases the total
number of SpotWare® systems purchased to date by the UK company to 147
systems, and cumulative revenues exceeding $0.5M. Arrayit provides its
life sciences and diagnostics customers with a competitive advantage in
the marketplace by offering proprietary and patented microarrays with
higher specificity and sensitivity as well as greater affordability and
versatility than competing platforms.
