Citadel EFT, Inc. (CDFT) Announces that it has cancelled the Dominican Republic forward acquisition of property

A Citadel EFT Inc spokesman Gary DeRoos stated "Due to the fact, the property had not been properly transferred to the title of Citadel EFT, Inc, in a timely manner, the board of directors has voted to cancel the transaction done in August of last year."

The proper documentation of the transfer of deed and sale paperwork was signed and completed, however, due to the slowness of working with a foreign entity to change the title, it was in the best interest of the company to cancel the transaction.
