What the New Regulation A Really Means to Your Company

Securities Attorney John Lux Explains the New Regulation A

Securities attorney John E. Lux, Esq., a former investment banker, has released a SlideShare presentation on the new Reg A+ for CEOs of venture companies.

This discussion reveals the practical aspects of going public or making a securities offering under the new SEC Regulation A, called Regulation A+.

"This is an important presentation for companies who are deciding what avenue to use to go public or to raise capital" said John Lux. "I am offering insights I have from decades of assisting venture companies and working with the various securities rules, including the old Regulation A, Rule 506, and other exemptions, as well as being deeply involved in initial public offering and IPO stock trading. This is not a dry legal listing of the rules, rather it discusses the decisions companies and their managers have to make to succeed in raising capital fast."

John Lux's IPO and reverse merger videos on YouTube are popular with companies seeking venture capital or corporate finance and with investors. Much of the same information is on Slideshare where John Lux is among the top 5% most viewed authors.

The SlideShare presentation is entitled What the New Regulation A Really Means to Your Company.
