In the Company’s recent news,

SIRIUS Satellite Radio announced Lou Reed, Rock & Roll Hall of famer and legendary singer-songwriter, will host his own weekly show, exclusive to SIRIUS Disorder channel 70, beginning May 17, 2008, at 6 p.m. ET.

Experimental producer Hal Willner will co-host the show, featuring a wide variety of music, including rock, jazz and blues, folk, opera and more, spanning popular artists such as Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, White Stripes, Johnny Cash, Bonnie Raitt, Beck and more.

“For years, I’ve always been a fan of eclectic radio, such as FM radio in the past when you could hear stations play widely divergent music, ranging from rock to country to jazz to opera. I loved the days when DJs who did their own programming set the bar high. I learned from these DJs and it’s a delight, with my friend Hal Willner, to do this type of radio today on SIRIUS. We will try to bring SIRIUS’ listeners audio from all parts of the world that covers the whole musical spectrum,” Reed stated in the press release.

Scott Greenstein, president of Entertainment and Sports for SIRUS said Reed’s musical success and innovation make him a great fit for SIRIUS as it strives to create “creative freedom on the radio.”
