Omega United, Inc. dba SkyPostal Networks, Inc. announced that it has nominated Mr. S. David Fineman to its Board of Directors. The company stated that he will later be formally appointed to the board at the forthcoming shareholder meeting.

 

Mr. Fineman is currently a senior partner of the law firm Fineman, Krekstein & Harris in Philadelphia. His clients have varied greatly, including governmental authorities and private clients dealing with government. He was nominated by the President of the United States and confirmed by the United States Senate as one of nine Governors of the U.S. Postal Service and served as Chairman of the Board of Governors.

 

Albert P. Hernandez, SkyPostal’s President and CEO, stated, “We are honored that Mr. Fineman has agreed to join our Board of Directors. Mr. Fineman has been selected for “Who’s Who in American Law,” “Who’s Who in Emerging Leaders in America,” and was titled a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” for his expertise in Business Litigation. He was also a member of the Industry Policy Advisory Committee, a CEO-level committee that advises the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative on international trade, as well as served on the Boards of a number of private companies and non-profit entities.
