Wireless Communication Stock Losers

NII Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:NIHD) is down 2.08% to $36.24. Last week, El Universal columnist Alberto Aguilar said that Mexican media company Grupo Televisa SA has decided to back out of an agreement to buy a stake in a unit of NII Holdings Inc.

The intraday range of the stock is $26.12-$45.26. The stock went up more than 5% year-to-date.

Sprint Nextel Corporation (NYSE:S) shares are trading lower by 1.31% to $4.51. Sprint Nextel Corporation is a holding company that offers a range of wireless and wireline communications products and services for individual consumers, businesses, government subscribers and resellers.

At current market price, the market capitalization of the company stands at $13.46 billion.

Shares of Research In Motion Limited (USA) (NASDAQ:RIMM) fell 3.13% to $47.02. Research In Motion Limited is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of wireless solutions for the worldwide mobile communications market.

The stock opened at $47.68 and is trading within the range of $46.79-$48.67.

Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) went down 3.38% to $10.57. Nokia Corporation is engaged in the manufacturing of mobile devices and in converging Internet and communications industries. It has three segments: Devices & Services, NAVTEQ, and Nokia Siemens Networks.

The average daily volume of the stock is 26.45 million shares.
