The GNOC will invest five years in the Russian Federation to improve efficiency and service in an effort to better connect Russian citizens. After success in India and Portugal, the GNOC will aid Russian telecom workers in developing competence for dealing with the complexities which arise as mobile and broadband service in the country increases.
The GNOC will invest in Russia in the last quarter of 2010 and be functioning in the last quarter of 2011. There are no reports on the actual fiscal investment of the outsourcing deal.
