Dallas Hit by Two Minor Earthquakes

Two minor earthquakes shook northern Texas late Thursday and early Friday. The quakes hit the Dallas and Fort Worth area. No damage was immediately reported.

The first earthquake hit at 11:25 Thursday night and measured a 2.5 magnitude. A slightly larges quake, at 3.0 magnitude, hit Friday morning at 12:01.

U.S Geological Survey geophysicist Randy Baldwin says aftershocks could last several days.
