Olson Homes Announces Employee Discount for Everyone Promotion This Weekend
The Olson Company is tempting home buyers with a 5% discount that it has previously only offered to employees
Olson Homes announced today a "Employee Discount For Everyone" promotion that gives the general public the chance to save 5% on select new home communities. The communities that are part of this promo are located in Santa Barbara Wine Country and Ventura County. Sales have been brisk at these communities in spite of a soft economy and declining new home sales.
Alan Sherin, Director of Web Marketing said "We wanted to try a promotion that has worked well for the auto industry in offering our employee discount of 5% to everyone." The homes must close escrow by December 30, 2008 so only selected homes that are ready for move-in are available for this special incentive pricing. At the time of this article, only 6 homes remain at the Olson Homes community of Citrus Walk and 4 homes remain at Juliette Walk.
Visitors to the community can also enter to win in a drawing for a 42" Plasma HDTV. The drawing is open to everyone and no purchase is necessary to enter and win.
The "Employee Discount For Everyone" sale is set for this weekend only Saturday November 15th and Sunday November 16th. This special pricing is added on top of already reduced prices on these homes.
