The Board of Directors of Global Immune Technologies, Inc. (OTC QB: GIMU) announces its JV company RenON has executed a letter of intent pursuant to a sales agreement with SUNY SYSTEM of Pontchateau, France, www.suny-system.com to sell and install our Hybrid Power System through their extensive dealer network.
One of the leading companies for renewable energy, SUNY SYSTEM will distribute RenON's Hybrid Solar System in France. SUNY SYSTEM is a manufacturer of superior heat pumps and high-end solar system installer for more than ten years. The Tomere Brothers, directors of SUNY SYSTEM, solicited the RenON R&D team to develop a system which addresses the market demands for the northern and western part of France. SUNY SYSTEM showed the RenON, Hybrid Power System at an international exhibition for heating and acclimatization in Paris. Due to the enormous success of this presentation SUNY requested the distributorship for France. SUNY and its contractors located in several cities across France are expecting about 4000 hybrid power system installations per year.
Company Director and VP of R&D, Uwe Vincenz, said, "This is a wonderful start for us, it would mean at least three or four million dollars of through-put annually, and we are only at the preproduction stage."
