Orchid Cellmark strengthens LabCorp’s presence and strong brand name in identity testing in the US and establishes its presence in identity testing in the UK.

Capstone Turbine (Nasdaq: CPST) $2.01. Today announced it has signed an OEM agreement with Sustainable Environmental Technologies (OTCBB: SETS). Capstone has received its first order from SET Corp and will supply microturbines and accessories used in the manufacture of SET Corp's high efficiency MultiGen cooling, heating, power and water generation systems. Additionally, SET Corp will leverage Capstone's extensive distributor network for sales support and after sale service.

NCI, Inc. (Nasdaq: NCIT) $24.32. Today announced today that the Company has been awarded the Department of Justice (DOJ) Information Technology Support Services-4 (ITSS-4) Multiple Agency Contract (MAC). The ITSS-4 contract has a ceiling value of $1.1 billion with a projected contract term for placing orders covering a seven-year period – a base period through September 30, 2011 and 6 one-year option periods. The ITSS-4 contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract vehicle that may be utilized by any DOJ component (e.g., Office, Bureau, or Division), as well as non-DOJ Federal agencies. NCI is one of 20 awardees on the ITSS-4 contract.
