A Securities Exchange Agreement was signed between CEO Sam Abecassis and Tycoon Industries' Managing Member, Mr. M. Benchimol. According to Eddie Nurieli, MAC1 Industry’s director of business development, the merger was a strategic move carried out in order to benefit MAC1 and it’s shareholders.
