GraphOn Corp. (GOJO.OB) Lands Reseller Deal With Softline

QualityStocks would like to highlight GraphOn Corp. (OTCBB: GOJO). The company is an innovator of cost-effective, advanced solutions that help customers access applications from anywhere. GraphOn’s high-performance software provides fast remote access, cross-platform connectivity, and a centralized architecture that delivers a dramatically lower cost of ownership.

In the company’s news yesterday,

GraphOn Corporation announced the signing of a reseller partnership with Moscow-based Softline Company. The partnership allows Softline, a leading reseller of software solutions in Russia and surrounding countries, to market GraphOn’s GO-Global network and Web deployment software for Windows, UNIX, and Linux applications.

The Softline agreement represents a huge market. Headquartered in Moscow, Softline has offices in 41 cities covering 13 countries. The company will market and support GO-Global throughout Russia and other members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which includes the former Soviet states of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.

GO-Global for Windows provides quick access to centrally running Windows applications from any platform and operating system across networks or the Web. It eliminates the need to modify applications, or to apply costly interface systems such as Microsoft Windows Terminal Server or Citrix.

Tom Castanzo, GraphOn Regional Manager for EMEA/Australasia (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia), emphasized the significance of the partnership: “Softline is one of Russia’s leading resellers of software solutions. With over 1,000 employees and annual revenues of $262 million, Softline represents 25%-35% of the software market in Russia and the CIS.”

Elena Narusheva, Softline Marketing Manager, described the potential market: “The Russian IT market is at the mature stage, and information technologies have become a necessary and very important part of business. We anticipate substantial demand for GO-Global as a cost-effective solution to Web-enable legacy Windows applications. We see the product as an easy plug-and-play alternative that eliminates the complexities often associated with Web-based application deployment.”
