Osteologix (OTCBB: OLGX) $0.40. Today announced that is has received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its U.S. Patent Application Number 11/269,289 titled "Water-Soluble Strontium Salts for Use in Treatment of Cartilage and/or Bone Conditions" reporting allowance of claims covering the treatment of osteoporosis and related bone conditions using NB S101 (strontium malonate), the Company's lead osteoporosis drug candidate. The Company expects the patent will issue in the second half of 2009; the patent's 20-year term would expire in 2024. Today announced that it has acquired a development property totalling approximately 100 acres in Barrie, Ontario adjacent to the GO Train Station which provides daily commuter transit service to downtown Toronto. MoneyLogix is acquiring the property for the assumption of approximately C$9 million in debt and 8.775 million restricted common shares at C$2.00 per share for a total purchase price of C$26.3 million.
