The Company has a casino development project under construction in the St. Louis area, to be called River City, which opening is dependent upon final approval by the Missouri Gaming Commission. Pinnacle is also developing a second casino resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to be called Sugarcane Bay, and a casino resort in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. China Mass Media Corp. was notified by the NYSE Regulation, Inc. on April 27, 2009 that as of April 24, 2009, the Company's market value of publicly held shares was calculated to be approximately $9.4 million, which was below the minimum requirement of $15 million for continued listing on NYSE Arca under Rule 5.5(b) of the NYSE Arca Equities Rules.

Since April 27, 2009, the ADSs of the Company have been trading in the range of $2.55 to $3.99 per ADS, which made the Company's market value of publicly held shares approximately $11.2 million to $17.6 million. As of May 29, 2009, or the last trading day immediately prior to this announcement, the Company's ADS was trading at $3.66, which made the market value of the Company's publicly held shares approximately $16.1 million. With the intention to continue its listing on the NYSE Arca, China Mass Media will continue to carefully monitor changes in the market value of its publicly held shares, will discuss with NYSE Regulation and explore different alternatives to restore its compliance with the continued listing standards. The Company's ADSs will remain listed on the NYSE Arca exchange under the symbol "CMM" but will be assigned a ".BC" indicator by the NYSE Arca to show that the Company is out of compliance with the NYSE Arca's continued listing standards.

MetroGAS S.A.,MGS

Overseas shares traded in the United States were higher on Thursday, lifted by a rally in crude oil prices, which boosted energy stocks.

July crude futures were up more than 2.5 percent to above $65 per barrel after inventory data from the Energy Information Administration showed that crude oil inventories fell far more than expected.

The Bank of New York Mellon's index of leading American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) .BKADR gained 1.4 percent to 111.42 while the U.S. benchmark S&P 500 index .SPX rose 0.9 percent to 901.09.

Sentiment in the U.S. was also lifted after results of a Treasury bond auction eased any fresh worries over demand for U.S. government debt. [ID:nN28434274]

The Bank of New York Mellon's index of leading Asian ADRs .BKAS gained 1.3 percent to 108.83. In Asia, shares ended mostly higher, with Japan's Nikkei edging up 0.1 percent on economic hopes while Seoul shares were up on bank stocks.
