Vornado Realty Trust operates as a real estate investment trust (REIT). As of December 31, 2005, it owned 111 office properties aggregating approximately 30.7 million square feet in the New York City metropolitan area, as well as in the Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia area; 111 retail properties in 9 states and Puerto Rico aggregating approximately 16.2 million square feet; and 10 properties in 6 states approximately 9.5 million square feet of showroom and office space. In addition, as of the above date, the company owned 47.6% interest in Americold Realty Trust, which owned and operated 85 cold storage warehouses; 32.95% interest in Toys "R" Us, Inc. that owned and operated 1204 stores worldwide, including 587 toys stores and 242 Babies "R" Us stores in the United States, and 306 toy stores internationally; and 33% of the outstanding common stock of Alexander"s, Inc., which had 6 properties in the greater New York metropolitan area.

Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc,OCLS
Oculus Innovative Sciences Inc. said Thursday the Food and Drug Administration approved an expanded label for its Microcyn wound cleanser. Oculus said the new label allows it to say Microcyn is effective in cleaning graft and donor sites, and that the product is effective against bacteria including MRSA. The labeling applies to Microcyn skin and wound cleanser with preservatives, sold by prescription and over the counter.
The prescription version is intended for use by health care professionals to kill bacteria and manage wounds including pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, post-surgical wounds, and grafted and donor sites.

The Company is an energy and technology company that builds, owns and operates coal gasification plants that utilize its proprietary U-GAS® fluidized bed gasification technology to convert low rank coal and coal wastes into higher value energy products, such as transportation fuel and ammonia. The U-GAS® technology, which the Company licenses from the GTI, gasifies coal without many of the harmful emissions normally associated with coal combustion plants.
