Tokyo Bay Traders staff are the stars in the company's new approach to advertising to be launched nationally on December 1st.
In the advertisements staff explained ask the question "Is your service good enough?"
The first television and print campaign focuses on changes made to the companies network, including the increased presence of compliance officers and an open door policy domestic clients to discuss their financial needs in private. The television commercials capture staff enthusiasm by ending with the voice over ‘OK how can we make this better?’.
"An important focus of Tokyo Bay Traders is to support the people who serve our clients, so the decision to let our staff explain the customer benefits was an easy one," said Miu Kichida, Executive Manager of Brand, Marketing and Information Management.
"Our people are the real stars of our business. This campaign is about connecting with our customers through the experience, enthusiasm and professionalism of our staff, and this really shines through."
"The response from staff was amazing." said Ms Kichida. "We received over 100 audition tapes for the campaign with some highly creative performances."
The campaign is the first of a series that will feature staff promoting the service changes customers can expect to see in future.
